Arts, Crafts and Food Vendor Application

You are invited to participate in our annual Pioneer Day Celebration sponsored by the Okemah Community Improvement Association.
The main activities for the festival are held on Saturday, April 25 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Activities include live music, street games, parade, golf tournament, rodeo and reunions.
Booth spaces approximately 8' x 10' are available. The cost is $40.00 for one day or $60 for two days. A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPACES WITH 20 AMP 120 VOLT ELECTRICAL circuit are available for an additional $10.00 per space per day. April 15th is the deadline for submitting applications for booth space. Booth locations will be available on a "first come, first serve" basis, so come early to get a good spot. Plan to be set up by 8:45 a.m. and to remain until 5:00 p.m. Set-up time will be between 6:00 and 8:30 a.m. During this time parking is allowed on Broadway, but all cars must be moved to side streets by 8:45 a.m. as Broadway will be roped off. Booths must be neat and appealing to the eye. Exhibitors are to furnish their own tables, table covers, chairs, extension cords, back drops, etc. The CIA shall have all rights of assigning locations to any or all exhibitors if necessary to present a more uniform show. Pioneer Day is held rain or shine and no refunds are given for booth rent. The CIA assumes no responsibility for any liability arising from theft, vandalism or any manner of loss or injury either during the show or during setting up or tearing down of booths. The CIA assumes no liability for insufficient checks accepted by exhibitors from buyers. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax. Okemah's sales tax rate is 9.25%. 1. Fill out the online Vendor Form below and click the "submit" button.
2. Write check payable to Community Improvement Association.
3. Mail your check to CIA, P O Box 165, Okemah OK 74859
4. If duplicate applications are received for the same type space, the first submitted one will be accepted and the other will be returned with the checks.
5. When you arrive in Okemah on Pioneer Day morning, enter on Woody Guthrie Street. At the 4-way stop at the corner of Woody Guthrie and Broadway, you will be met by CIA staff. You may then proceed to Broadway and set up where you choose.
