We have a great new idea to make Pioneer Day even bigger and better! It's called the Pioneer Day Club and here's how it works. We're asking everyone interested to send $10 per year per person.

• Permanent public bathrooms downtown
• A permanent reliable electrical source for vendors
• Extend Pioneer Days to a 2-day event
• Attract more floats by offering more prize money
• Attract more singing groups on Thursday night
• Offer professional bands on Friday and Saturday nights

The Community Improvement Association (CIA), formed December 7, 1995, is a non-profit association comprised of members from all segments of the community. The purpose of the CIA is to improve the quality of life in Okemah, Oklahoma. This is accomplished by developing positive working relationships with our citizens, improving infrastructure, advancing education, and providing recreational and employment opportunities. The CIA frequently partners with other local organizations to raise funds and accomplish goals.
